2 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 cup, unthawed Blackberries
2 oz Applesauce - Unsweetened
8 fl oz 100% Carrot Juice

Recipe Directions for blueberris/blackberry

  1. Thaw the berries put them in a blender add everything else. add 1-2 cups of water depending on how thick you want it.

  2. Enjoy
