This is an awesome low cal, low fat, low sodium vinaigrette that tastes better than the high cal, high fat and high sodium kind of dressings.

Recipe Ingredients for Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before enjoying.
