Rissotto with Roquefort, ham and salami

Recipe Ingredients for Blue cheese and two ham rissotto

1 cup rice
130 g blue cheese
100 g ham
50 g salami
50 g peas
1 onion
30 g butter
1 chicken stock cube
1/4 pint milk
50 g mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Blue cheese and two ham rissotto

  1. make stock and keep hot in seperate pan

  2. melt butter in saute pan

  3. saute onions

  4. add mushrooms, ham and salami cook for a couple of mins

  5. Add rice and saute for a couple of mins

  6. Add stock a spoonful at a time until the rice is almost cooked

  7. Mean while heat the milk in a pan until steaming, remove from the heat and add the cheese - allow to melt

  8. Add milk and cheese to rissotto

  9. Done
