Recipe Ingredients for Blue Cheese & Shrimp Casserole

1 lb bow tie pasta
6 tbsp butter
1/2 c white wine
1/2 c milk
1/2 c blue cheese
3/4 cup parmesean cheese
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Blue Cheese & Shrimp Casserole

  1. Cook Whole box of pasta for 10 minutes

  2. While that is cooking melt butter in sauce pot add garlic, cook for 1 minute. add blue cheese. wine, 1/2 parmasean - melt. after melted add milk or half & half. add Worcestershire Sauce. When pasta is cooked drain & put in casserole dish. Add blue cheese sauce & shrimps. Mix up good. top with remaining parmasean. Bake in ove at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.
