Recipe Ingredients for Blue Cheese Sauce

1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, (1 ounce)
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Blue Cheese Sauce

  1. Combine yogurt, blue cheese and vinegar in a small bowl and blend with a fork to make a chunky sauce.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Serving size is one tablespoon.
