Recipe Ingredients for Blue Cheese Dressing

6 tbsp part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4 cup buttermilk, nonfat
1/4 cup blue cheese,
1 tbsp vinegar, cider
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Blue Cheese Dressing

Puree the ricotta, buttermilk, blue cheese, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce, in a food process or blender. Transfer to a small bowl; pepper. Refrigerate the dressing in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Makes 6 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).
