Recipe Ingredients for Blue Cheese Dressing

1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon blue cheese, reduced fat

Recipe Directions for Blue Cheese Dressing

  1. Combine everything except the blue cheese in blender and whirl until smooth. Add blue cheese.

  2. Refrigerate at least overnight to blend flavor.
