Recipe Ingredients for Blue Book Meatloaf

3 lbs ground beef
1 tsp pepper
1/2 onion
50 saltine crackers
1 cup Soup, Beef Broth, Bouillon, Consomme
1/3 c Heinz ketchup
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Blue Book Meatloaf

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf (makes 2). Place in loaf pans.

  2. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 mins to an hour, checking doneness after first 30 mins.
