Lower in fat without oil Can substitute soy milk and or egg beater healthy recipe The sweeter the blueberries the less need their is for syrup.

Recipe Ingredients for Bluberry oatmeal pancakes

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups oats
2 cups skim milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Bluberry oatmeal pancakes

  1. Add wet ingredients together

  2. Beat in eggs

  3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl

  4. Slowly mix in dry ingredients

  5. Add blueberries - fresh, if frozen defrost first

  6. Cook on low- medium heat in a oiled pan (Use PAM spray for no calories)
