Recipe Ingredients for bluberry bran muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups oat bran
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 servings skim milk
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for bluberry bran muffins

  1. whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl

  2. beat together wet ingredients in another bowl

  3. combine wet and dry ingredients

  4. fold in blueberries

  5. put batter in muffin cups and bake 25 minutes at 634 degrees
