Recipe Ingredients for BLT Salad

1/2 pound turkey (bacon)
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 pound romaine lettuce
1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered

Recipe Directions for BLT Salad

Brown turkey bacon in pan and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop tomatoes and tear lettuce into bite sized pieces. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and basil until smooth. Crumble bacon over tomatoes and lettuce and top with dressing.
