1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
1 tbsp Light Dressing
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 serving Bacon 2 slices
1 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg

Toast bread, cook bacon, slice tomato, and combine the rest as desired
