Use food processor to get this so it can be spread onto bread. We make a lot then have it for a few days.

Recipe Ingredients for BLT Chicken Salad Sandwich

1 cup diced chicken
1/4 cup of scallions
4 slices of turkey bacon
1/2 cup of tomato
2 T fat free mayonaise
1/4 cup of fat free sour cream
12 slices whole wheat bread

Recipe Directions for BLT Chicken Salad Sandwich

  1. Prepare chicken, allow to cool and cut into small chunks.

  2. Cut the scallions, tomato and bacon and add to chicken. Mix mayo, sour cream, then add to meat mixture.
