Recipe Ingredients for Bloomin Onion (The Healthy Way)

1 large vidalia onion
1 gram I Can't Believe its Not Butter Spray
1 clove garlic
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Bloomin Onion (The Healthy Way)

  1. Peel onions, and cut each one into quarters while leaving the bottom intact. Spray butter into the center and add 1 whole clove of garlic. Double wrap each onion in aluminum foil and drop into the hot coals.

  2. Cook for 30-40 minutes. Carefully remove from coals and tear them open. Season with salt to taste and eat.
