Recipe Ingredients for Bloody Mary Tomato Bean Soup

15 oz (Mother's Maid) Low Sodium Sliced Potatoes
28 oz Tomatoes
3 tsp Garlic
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
14.5 oz Cut Green Beans Low Sodium
10.25 oz Tomato Soup Condensed
15.5 oz Kidney Beans
15.5 oz Great Northern Beans
0.5 fruit without seeds Lemons
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
2 cup Spinach
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Parboiled, Enriched, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Bloody Mary Tomato Bean Soup

  1. Drain tomato juice from tomatoes into a large pot and simmer garlic, onion, mushrooms and celery in it.

  2. Add potatoes, green beans, tomatoes and tomato soup and bring to boil.

  3. Add kidney and northern beans, rice, lemon and lemon juice. Stir.

  4. Add parsley and spinach.

  5. Altogether cook for 1 to 1.5 hours and serve,
