Classic "Spicy Tuna" roll with blood oranges inside

Recipe Ingredients for Blood Orange Spicy Tuna Roll

3/4 cup white rice, cooked
1 sheet nori
2 ounce tuna, chopped
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon green onions, sliced
1 ounce radish sprouts
1/2 ounce carrots, pickled strips
1 ounce blood orange, segments
1 fluid ounce low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon wasabi, prepared

Recipe Directions for Blood Orange Spicy Tuna Roll

  1. Mix tuna with mayo, chili, oil, scallions in a bowl until completely incorporated.

  2. Prepare rice and nori as you would for rolling sushi.

  3. Spread sushi down the center of the nori.

  4. Carefully line in veggies and orange segements.

  5. Roll tightly using your fingers as you would rolling sushi.

  6. Cut into 6 pieces and serve with soy/wasabi paste.
