Recipe Ingredients for blood orange and bulgar salad

1/4 cup uncooked bulgur wheat
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup orange, chunks
1/8 cup green onion, finely chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
1/8 cup orange juice concentrate

Recipe Directions for blood orange and bulgar salad

  1. simmer bulgar wheat in chicken stock until all the stock is absorbed.

  2. Let wheat cool.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
