Recipe Ingredients for Blondies

9 tablespoons canola oil
1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup egg whites
1/4 cup almonds
1/8 cup dried apricots, dices

Recipe Directions for Blondies

Mix everything together in a large bowl and back in a muffin tin at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of one blondie comes out clean.
