4 tbsp All-Vegetable Shortening
1.5 tsp Salt
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 pepper Pepper, Ancho, Dried
1 pepper Peppers, Pasilla, Dried

blanch chard, remove stems. puree softened peppers. mix masa, salt and lard together, add in pepper puree. wrap masa mix into chard leaves, pressure cook 20 minutes.
