Recipe Ingredients for Blinchiki (Whole Wheat)

1 tbsp sugar
80 g Light Sour Cream
2 1/2 cup milk 1%
2 oz canola oil
8 oz whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tbsp Margarine, Regular, Hard

Recipe Directions for Blinchiki (Whole Wheat)

  1. Combine eggs, sour cream, sugar and salt. Mix well using a mixer. Add 1 cup milk (warm) and flour. Mix well. Heat oil on a frying pan and add to mixture. Mix well.

  2. Add the remaining 1.5 cup milk (warm). Mix well.

  3. Heat up 2 frying pans. Fry crepes (blinchiki) making a thin layer from the batter. Use margarine in-between crepes for the frying pan so that the batter does not stick to the pan as it cooks.
