Juice and whole fruit smoothie with added protein, fiber, and omega-3's. Makes 2 quarts - approxmately 6 servings totaling under 1800 calories. Tastes delicious - like a tropical fruit drink.

Recipe Ingredients for Blendtec - All Fruit/Vegetable Juice w/ Whole Fruit Smoothie & Whey/Flax

6 celery stalk
6 carrot
2 apple
2 pear
1 cup grapes
2 banana
4 cup organic baby spinach
1 cup,+diced cup,+diced Pineapple
2 tbsp Flaxseed
2 scoop scoop Whey
2 cup Strawberries
1 cup Melon
2 Peach
1 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blendtec - All Fruit/Vegetable Juice w/ Whole Fruit Smoothie & Whey/Flax

  1. Juice celery, carrots, pineapple, peaches, pears, and apples

  2. Stir juice and divide equally into two containers

  3. Add half of grapes, spinach, bananna, strawberries (frozen), mellon (frozen), and blueberries (frozen). Replace lid and select SMOOTHIE on Blendtec Total Blender. Remove center lid and add half of whey protein and cold milled flaxseed, replace center lid and pulse blend for 3-5 seconds). Pour smoothie into 1 quart airtight container and refrigerate.

  4. Repeat with remaining juice and remaining half of ingredients and pour into second 1quart air tight container.

  5. Drink the six large servings throughout the day. No hunger and under 1800 calories per day packed with sufficient protein and micronutrients. Enjoy as weight is lost and vitality returns. (lost 3-5 lbs per week while gaining energy, stamina, clearer skin, and healthier nails). Super tasty!
