Recipe Ingredients for Blender Wheat Waffles

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup nonfat milk
4 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Blender Wheat Waffles

  1. Grind whole wheat and milk in blender for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add all other ingredients and blend till mixed well.

  3. Pour into waffle iron and cook.
