1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
4 tsp. oil
1 tbsp. honey

  1. Put wheat and buttermilk in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.

  2. Add other ingredients and blend until combined.

  3. Cook on a hot griddle.
