28 oz whole tomatoes
20 oz rotel , drained
38 grams (1 lime juice with a little pulp)
1/2 c onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/3 tsp sea salt
1/2 c cilantro
