Recipe Ingredients for Blender Salad

2 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber, Peeled
4 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tbsp Turmeric, Ground
4 tsp Ginger Root
8 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 cup Lemon Juice
8 oz Spinach
8 oz Kale
8 oz Arugula
1 cup Alfalfa Seeds, Sprouted
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
3 oz Cilantro
1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
3 oz Italian Parsley
1/4 tsp Cayenne
6 tsp Dulse Flakes, Organic

Recipe Directions for Blender Salad

  1. Blend 1st 6 ingredients, pour off, reserving some liquid.

  2. Blend remaining ingredients, adding water as necessary to allow machine to work.
