Recipe Ingredients for Blender Pancakes

2 cups wheat, hard white
2/3 cups canola oil
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp cinnamon
4 large eggs
4 cups water
2/3 cup milk, dry, nonfat, instant

Recipe Directions for Blender Pancakes

  1. Add wheat berries, powdered milk and 3 cups water to blender. Whirl on high for 2 minutes. Add last cup of water and whirl for 1-2 more minutes until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and whirl until well blended, about 1 minute.

  3. NOTE:I use a large Vita Mix blender. You could make half the recipe in a smaller blender.
