Recipe Ingredients for Blender Hollandaise Sauce

3 egg yolks
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp dijon mustard
3/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Blender Hollandaise Sauce

In a blender, throw in the lemon juice and egg yolks, and blend for 30 seconds. Heat up the butter; turn the blender on and pour the butter in a steady stream (should take about 5 seconds). With the blender still going, toss in the salt and mustard, and blend for another 45 seconds. Serve over asparagus, eggs benny, ham, or my favourite: cheesy hashbrown casserole.
