Recipe Ingredients for Blender Hollandaise

3 egg yolks
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
5 tbsp butter, melted & warm

Recipe Directions for Blender Hollandaise

Combine Eggs through pepper and blend until thick (you may use an emersion blender). Slowly add heated butter while blending until thick. Serve immediately.
