Recipe Ingredients for Blended wheat bread

586 grams water
8 grams instant yeast
452 grams bread flour
452 grams whole wheat flour
54 grams brown sugar
54 grams canola oil
6 grams salt

Recipe Directions for Blended wheat bread

  1. STRAIGHT DOUGH METHOD

  2. Measure all ingredients. Add to mixing bowl in order given. Mix on low one minute. Mix on speed two 6-7 minutes.

  3. Ferment 75 minutes

  4. Shape as desired. Proof 60 - 70 minutes.

  5. Bake at 375F. 25 - 30 minutes for rolls, 40 - 45 for loaves.
