Low Sugar Banana Oatmeal. Great for after dinner snack because Bananas have Tryptophan. If you can afford the sugar, add 1 tbsp reduced sugar strawberry fruit spread for flavor or fruit, if not try cinnamon.

Recipe Ingredients for Bland Banana Oatmeal

1 cup 2% milk
1 cup water
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 large banana

Recipe Directions for Bland Banana Oatmeal

Bring milk and water to bring to boil, then add mashed banana (try not to cook out nutrition) and add oats. Let sit 5 min and serve.
