Recipe Ingredients for Blade Roast in Carrot juice

1 lb beef,chuck,blade roast
1 onion
2 tbs olive oil
2 cups carrot juice
2 cups carrots
1 1/2 cup leek
1 tbs Bay Leaf
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Blade Roast in Carrot juice

  1. brown meat and onion in oil

  2. add juice and bring to boil

  3. baked at 350 degre F 2 hours

  4. add leek and carrot in 1/2 inch slice

  5. bake 45 minutes longer
