45 grams Nature's Own Light Wheat bread (2 slices)
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/8 cup lite soy milk
1/4 cup lite pancake syrup
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Blackthorne's French Toast

  1. Mix egg beaters, lite soy milk, and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl.

  2. Spray pan with cooking spray.

  3. Turn heat to medium.

  4. Dip bread slices into mixture quickly, coating both sides, and put in pan.

  5. Allow to cook until toast is crunchy and fluffy, flip to the other side and do the same.

  6. Serve with lite pancake syrup.
