Recipe Ingredients for Blackthorne's Diet Frosted Lime Congeal

368 grams Sugar Free Lime Gelatin (1 sm. box)
368 grams Sugar Free Lemon Gelatin (1 sm. box)
3/4 cups water, boiling
3/4 cup nonfat yogurt, plain
3/4 cup soy milk
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
1 1/4 cup pineapple, crushed
1 tablespoon horseradish (optional)

Recipe Directions for Blackthorne's Diet Frosted Lime Congeal

  1. Put gelatin in bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.

  2. In separate container, whisk together yogurt and milk until smooth. Pour into the gelatin.

  3. Fill a large bowl halfway with ice. Put bowl with gelatin mixture into the bowl with ice. Put in refrigerator.

  4. When gelatin mixture has thickened slightly (half set), add the cottage cheese, pecans, pineapple, and horseradish.

  5. Pour into individual molds or cooking sprayed bundt or tube pan. Let set in refrigerator overnight.
