Recipe Ingredients for Blackened Tilapia Fillets

16 ounce Tilapia fillets (4 oz. each)
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Cooking Spray (100% Olive Oil)

Recipe Directions for Blackened Tilapia Fillets

  1. Preheat non-stick skillet on high for 4 to 5 minutes.

  2. Mix all seasonings together.

  3. Coat fillets with seasonings.

  4. Spray skillet with cooking spray.

  5. Place fillets in skillet and cook 2 minutes on each side.
