Recipe Ingredients for Blackened Shrimp

1 lb shrimp
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Blackened Shrimp

  1. Toss shrimp in cooking oil

  2. mix remaining 8 ingredients in small bowl.

  3. Heat frying pan on med-high.

  4. Add shrimp to pan. Sprinkle with spice mixture.

  5. Stir=fry until sizzling.

  6. Pan will blacken rather than the shrimp.

  7. Makes 36
