Blackened Salmon on a bed of Spinach Caesar Salad with sliced mushrooms and olives served with a buttered french roll

Recipe Ingredients for Blackened Salmon Spinach Caesar Salad

4 oz. salmon, blackened
4 oz. spinach
2 oz. olives, sliced
1 french roll
2 oz. Caesar dressing
2 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. butter

Recipe Directions for Blackened Salmon Spinach Caesar Salad

  1. Season Salmon with seasoning and cook on high heat. Cook for 5 minutes and turn over until blackened.

  2. Meanwhile toss spinach with 2 oz. Caesar dressing. Plate Caesar salad and sprinkle 2 oz. of sliced olives and 2 oz. of mushrooms on salad.

  3. Lightly butter one french roll and toast until lightly crisp

  4. When Salmon is blackened, place on top of greens in the center.

  5. Serve.
