Recipe Ingredients for blackened chicken breast

4 oz chicken breast
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika

Recipe Directions for blackened chicken breast

  1. heat olive oil over medium high heat in cast iron skillet

  2. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  3. coat chicken with seasoning (i used paprika because blackening seasoning wasn't listed)

  4. sear chicken in skillet

  5. once browned, put skillet in oven

  6. bake for around 20 minutes
