Recipe Ingredients for Blackberry Smoothie

2 cups frozen blackberries
1 cup fat-free yogurt
1 cup apple juice
2 tsps honey
1 large ripe banana

Recipe Directions for Blackberry Smoothie

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender;

  2. process until smooth

  3. Strain blackberry mixture through a sieve

  4. Discard seeds

  5. Yield 3 servings
