1/2 cup blackberries
10 raspberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
1 tsp sugar

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender with 6 cubes of ice.

  2. Blend to desired consistancy

  3. I used weightwatchers yogurt for this recipe and low fat milk
