A delicious way to start the morning. This breakfast is loaded with protein and fiber to keep you going all the way till lunchtime. Of course you can use berries other than blackberries but they seem to have more fiber than the others.

Recipe Ingredients for Blackberry Parfait

4 oz FAGE Total 0%
0.5 cup, unthawed Blackberries
0.25 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain

Recipe Directions for Blackberry Parfait

  1. Pour the berries on top of the yogurt the night before and store in the fridge. By morning the berries will be thawed and the yogurt will have absorbed some of the juices.

  2. Pour on the wheat germ and enjoy!
