1 cup flour
2 T cornmeal
2 t baking powder
1 egg
1 T olive oil
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup blackberries
4 T maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Blackberry Pancakes

mix dry ingredients together. in a measuring cup mix the wet ingredients then pour into dry. fold in berries. let stand for 5 minutes. ladle about 1/4 of a cup on hot griddle. flip once. serve with maple syrup
