Recipe Ingredients for Blackberry pancakes

1 cup flour
1 cup blackberries
100 g canola oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 2/5 g tartar Powder
2 2/5 g Salt Substitute
1 tbs sugar
1 egg
250 g milk

Recipe Directions for Blackberry pancakes

  1. combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and tart powder in a small bowl. In another bowl smash the blackberries. Combine blackberries, oil, sugar, egg and milk. Add dry ingredients. Whisk about 10 times to combine.

  2. Let batter set for about 20 to 30 minutes. Fry up the pancakes.
