Home grown berries and homemade jelly.

Recipe Ingredients for Blackberry Jelly

8 cup Blackberries
1 serving Jam Pectin Premium For Lower Sugar Recipes
3 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Blackberry Jelly

  1. Place blackberries in steamer/juicer. Bring to a boil.

  2. Take juice (should make about 4 cups) and pour into saucepan.

  3. Add pectin and sugar.

  4. Bring to a boil.

  5. Remove from heat and pour into prepared canning jars.

  6. Seal jars and invert for 5 minutes.

  7. Turn jars right side up and let cool. You will hear jars "pop" indicating that seal is set.

  8. Yields 5 8oz jelly jars.
