Recipe Ingredients for Blackberry Cobbler

3 cups blackberries
1/2 cup splenda blend
1/2 cup water
1 cup flour
1/2 cup splenda blend
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp shortening
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Blackberry Cobbler

  1. put berry's in pan with 1/2 cup Splenda blend and water get hot and keep hot.

  2. mid the flour, splenda, baking powder, salt together. add the eggs and milk, mix well. make it in the dish you are going to bake it in. pour the fruit over the top.

  3. bake at 350 for 30 min or until the cake portion is golden brown and no longer doughy.
