Blackberry cobbler. With scone mix for the cobbler!

Recipe Ingredients for Blackberry Cobbler

4 cup Blackberries
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Corn Starch
2 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
1.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Blackberry Cobbler

Bring to boil 1 1/2 c of the berries. Drain liquid and return berries to pot. Add 1/2 c sugar and the corn starch, stirring until boil. Remove pan from heat and add 2 T butter and 1 T vanilla. Put the remainder of berries in baking dish, and then dump the hot berry mix into it and stir. Add the remaining ingredients into a bowl, mix and dump in clumps on top of the berry mix. Bake 350 for appx 30 mins. Yum.
