Recipe Ingredients for Blackberry Clafoutis

1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups blackberries

Recipe Directions for Blackberry Clafoutis

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spread the blackberries in a 9" x 9" buttered baking dish.

  3. In a blendor combine remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour over the fruit and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until completely set in the middle.
