Recipe Ingredients for blackberry almond tofrutti

3 oz tofu
1 cup almond milk,
5 3/5 oz blackberries
1 tbs honey
1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for blackberry almond tofrutti

  1. combine ingredients in blender and puree

  2. I add five spice powder or cinnamon for flavor.

  3. can adjust honey up or down. I used unsweeteend almond milk which only has 40 calories per cup, if you use the sweened variety adjust nutrion facts accordingly.

  4. Also soft silken tofu works the best.

  5. If you are totally vegan you can just substitue the sweetenr of your choice for the honey, or make its sans/added sugar.
