black beans, white beans, and spicy veg Makes approx 18.5 c soup depending on how much water you like/need to add

Recipe Ingredients for Black and White Spicy Potato soup

2 c Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
4 1/2 c Beans, Great Northern, Mature Seeds
1 c water
1 3/4 c hunts tom sauce
1 3/4 c Diced Tomatoes
480 g onions
200 g broccoli
340 g peas
1/3 c sriracha
442 g potato
2 t thyme
4 t garlic powder
2 serving Naturally Brewed Organic Shoyu Soy Sauce
110 g mustard greens
27 g Beet Greens
150 g kale

Recipe Directions for Black and White Spicy Potato soup

  1. cook beans ahead of time

  2. combine beans and tomato sauce and sriracha and all veg except greens and cook till other veg is done

  3. I would also recommend doing the potato separate, as it will take a while if you add it to the soup. boil separately until done and add sometime before the greens

  4. THEN add greens after you turn fire out, cover them with the hot soup and let sit, covered for about 3-7 min.

  5. Soups done
