Recipe Ingredients for Black and white beans and rice 1c

2 1/2 c rice
1/3 lb dry black beans
1/3 lbs dry black eyed peas
30 oz diced tomatoe
1 onion
10 green pepper

Recipe Directions for Black and white beans and rice 1c

  1. cook beans in crock pot

  2. when beans are soft add tomatoe onion and green chili

  3. cook rice

  4. when onion is tender add rice

  5. drain excess liquid so beans and rice is the consistancy you want

  6. season with garlic cumin chipotle salt and pepper while beans cook
