Black and white bean salad with quinoa, cucumber and red onion.

Recipe Ingredients for Black and White Bean Salad

1/4 cup (dry) (uncooked) Quinoa Organic Grain
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1/4 large Onions
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
1 tbsp Coriander Seed
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
2 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
2 cup Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Black and White Bean Salad

  1. - Boil quinoa until tender. Drain.

  2. - Combine wet ingredients first, in a large bowl (all ingred. except beans, quinoa, cucumber & red onion).

  3. - Add diced cucumber, diced red onion, quinoa and rinsed and cooked beans.
